The Brickstone Companies
In 1974 John Kusmiersky and Jack Baker founded U.S. Managers Realty. The original Brickstone Company, in Beverly Hills California where it remained headquartered until 1995 when it relocated to El Segundo. Five of the nine Brickstone principals reside there and provide centralized management and administrative functions including banking, finance, accounting, risk management, legal and human resources to support the development and operating functions of the east coast offices.
