Hotel Properties

Brickstone entered the hospitality market in 1996 when it contracted with Marriott International for the turnkey development of a 500-room hotel in Center City, Philadelphia. Since then, Brickstone has continued as a turnkey developer for Marriott International, and both public and private hospitality companies. In total, seven new Marriott limited service hotels have been developed.
