Los Angeles Office

In 1974, John Kusmiersky and Jack Baker founded U.S. Managers Realty the original Brickstone Company, in Beverly Hills California where it remained headquartered until 1995 when it relocated to El Segundo, a suburb of Los Angels. Four of the nine Brickstone partners reside nearby and provide centralized management and administrative functions including banking, finance, accounting, risk management, legal services and human resources to support the development and operating functions of the East Coast offices.
